An idea I had envisioned 7 years ago has by the grace of our Blessed Masters come into reality.

Now you can go paper-less and digital doing your client Assessment and enter the Vitals into your Stage 4 intake sheet which would still need to be on paper.

I tested it and here it is for you.
So the way you can administer this test/questionnaire to your client is by asking them to open the browser, chrome, or safari and going to amarantos.org (slash) plrt

So the final link is https://amarantos.org/plrt/

As of now this app works best on your mobile phones.

You can also save this data on the cloud which is accessible on logging in. Many more such helpful features on the way. :grinning:

oh wow ! Thank you so much to make it paperless and easy . Now client can take this test before he / she comes for session and ot will be really helpful .
