The Ethical Guide to Facilitate Safe Regression

Based on our forum meeting discussions, I am sharing all the points that can help the therapists as per my research and practices:

1. ESP meditation: Extrasensory Perception meditation helps a PLR therapist by sharpening their intuition, enhancing empathy, and strengthening the ability to guide clients into deep, theta- wave hypnotic states. It assists therapists in connecting with a client’s higher self, allowing them to better interpret subconscious memories, facilitate emotional release and healing of trauma, and navigate complex past-life karmas. Helps to recognise patterns and emotional blockages within the client’s narrative. It maintains the therapist’s own mental clarity and peace, which is essential for holding a safe, neutral space.

2. Gazing Techniques: Practicing gazing at a point for at least 40 seconds daily, or Taraka, candle gazing, mirror gazing (Sometimes used in inner child healing to release deep- rooted, long held impressions), Shree yantra can assist a Past life regression Therapists by accelerating the induction of a deep, meditative, or hypnotic trance state, allowing clients to access subconscious, long-forgotten memories. It develops intense concentration. By focusing on a fixed point, the analytical, critical, and logical part of the mind is quieted, making it easier to access deeper. It helps to shift the brain from analytical processing to the creative, intuitive right hemisphere, which is necessary for visualising past life scenes.

3. Before meditation and past life regression therapy, check your breathing, which nostril is activated. It must be the left nostril for better results. If the right nostril is activated, then change it to the left by closing your right nostril and inhaling long, slow breath, hold, then exhale slowly. Repeat these techniques at least 25- 40 times. Check the element till where your breath is coming. Always try to keep it at the water element. There are five elements: Four fingers below the nostrils, there is the fire element, from there, four fingers below the air element, then four fingers below the Earth element, then four fingers below the water element, and four fingers below the sky element. Check your breathing by keeping your hands near your nostrils. If the left nostril is activated but your breath is not coming straight, it means the fire element is active. Change it by taking long breaths. Practice pranayama by using Vishnu mudra daily for better results.

4. Sensitise your hands and check the aura of the client. If there are cracks and holes, it indicates significant energy leakage. When a therapist attempts PLRT on a client with a damaged or porous aura, they may encounter several critical issues like re- traumatization, inability to close the session, unwanted energy or entity attachment, energy drain on the therapist, client will face difficulty in focusing, client may not be able to integrate the lessons from the regression resulting in no actual lasting healing, making it difficult for the therapist to keep the client in a productive hypnotic state for processing the information, leading to a session that feels shallow or undergrounded. If these issues are identified, then reschedule it to focus on aura clearing, sealing, and strengthening.

5. Parallel souls and connecting souls help in healing at the time of integration and closure in PLRT by uncovering root causes of current struggles, such as inexplicable phobias, chronic pain, patterns of behaviour that can’t be explained by childhood events, emotional release and closure, leading to profound emotional and sometimes physical healing. The ultimate goal is to take the wisdom learned from these connections and experiences and apply them in the present, fostering personal growth and spiritual evolution. Understanding connected souls and parallel lives shifts the focus from simply experiencing a past life to healing the current life through deep, spiritual, and emotional insights.

Thank you for all the information. It has been really helpful. Since you taught me last year few of them, it has been working very well with my clients. As I have been learning Sadhana and many other teachings from you for months and I am no longer having dreams, I was wondering which nostril one should breathe through before going to sleep.

I am sharing the pictures for activating back eye. Method: Take out the glasses. Do some eye exercises (Up- down movements, sidewise, clockwise, anticlockwise 5 times) then focus on the white dot without blinking your eyes. Count in your mind till 40. Close your eyes and observe what is visible at your mental screen and notice the duration how long it stays and the fluctuations.

Dear Jackie, Thank you so much! It brings so much joy to hear that these techniques are working well for you and your clients. The fact that you are no longer having dreams is a beautiful sign of deep sleep, restorative rest. Regarding your question: To induce sleep, you should aim to breathe through your left nostril, which represents cool and calming lunar energy. Lie on your right side, keeping something hard under your right armpit to naturally open the left nostril, and gently breathe through it to calm the mind. Or close the right nostril with your thumb, breathe gently in and out through the left nostril. Before manifestation, meditation, mindfulness, or PLRT, always activate the left nostril. Always try to sit or stand on the left side during PLRT.

Dear Archana,

Thankyou once again. This is so helpful for all the therapists. But as you know my call had got disconnected and I was unable to connect again, I have a lot of questions regarding these points which I initially thought to ask you on call, but if you share them here again, it’ll help even those who were not a part of the forum meeting due to any reason. So here is my long list of questions :see_no_evil_monkey:

1. How is ESP Meditation Done?

2. What is Shree Yantra?

3. I didn’t understand the part about the 5 elements mentioned in point 3.

4. How to sensitize hands and check aura of the client?

5. Please elaborate more about Parallel Souls & Connecting Souls. How can we take it’s help?

Hi Harshita,

1. If you practice ESP meditation, you can find answers to any questions you have. This meditation helps develop a screen that allows you to easily read people’s minds. Through this meditation, you can increase your psychic power and activate your third eye. When you concentrate on your third eye, you will feel a wave moving around you and a divine light entering within you. Just as you may have seen in a movie theatre, a light comes from behind and falls on the screen. In ESP meditation, pictures start to appear in the same way. You imagine light emanating from your third eye and visualise a blank screen in front of you. The event you think of will start playing on that screen. You need to adjust the screen; for instance, if it is 5 feet away and blurry, bring it to 4 feet, or even closer if it remains unclear, until you can see the event clearly. The distance of the screen depends on your perception and how strong or weak it appears; adjust the screen accordingly and visualise the event.

The screen has billions of uses; you need to create it. You can manifest anything, or diagnose the past or present of anyone on it. You can examine their thought patterns. When you see someone’s face on the screen, thoughts about that person will automatically begin coming to your mind. By developing intuitive and psychic power, this tool will prove useful to you in every area of life. Write a question on the screen, and the answer will automatically appear there. In my opinion, this meditation can answer any question you may have.

ESP MEDITATION SCRIPT

Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Take a long, deep breath and pay attention to your breath. Once more, long deep breath, pay attention to your breath. Take a slow, long, deep breath to the count of 5, hold it in your abdomen to the count of 5, and exhale slowly to the count of 5. Long deep breath to the count of 5, hold it in your abdomen to the count of 5, and exhale slowly to the count of 5. Inhale, 2, 3, 4, 5… hold, 2, 3, 4, 5… exhale, 2, 3, 4, 5. Inhale, 2, 3, 4, 5… hold, 2, 3, 4, 5… exhale, 2, 3, 4, 5. Inhale, 2, 3, 4, 5… hold, 2, 3, 4, 5… exhale, 2, 3, 4, 5. With every breath, your body is relaxing more and more. You can feel the relaxation more and more. With every breath, your whole body is relaxing as your breath becomes deeper and deeper, more in rhythm. Deeper and deeper, more in rhythm. Deeper and deeper, more in rhythm. As your body relaxes, your breath becomes deeper and deeper, more and more relaxed… relaxed… relaxed… more and more relaxed. Relaxed… relaxed… relaxed… more relaxed. Feel your body relaxing now. More relaxed… relaxed… relaxed… more relaxed. Feel this relaxation throughout your whole body. Your body is relaxing more and more now. Feel this relaxation. You are completely relaxed.

Relax… relax… relax… more relaxed. Now, visualise or imagine a pure, divine light coming down to you from the sky. Slowly, slowly, it is coming down towards you. Visualise a bright, white, pure divine light coming down towards you. Closer and closer. Feel this divine light as it enters through your soul star chakra and into your crown chakra. Feel this light… feel this divine light entering your body. Wherever this divine light goes in your body, that part becomes more relaxed. Feel this relaxation in your body. Feel it as that part becomes numb. Feel this numbness, this divine power, this divine light entering your brain, and your brain is becoming even more relaxed. Sensations are fading from your brain, and you are becoming even more relaxed. Feel a wave of relaxation spreading from your mind throughout your body. You are becoming even more relaxed; your brain is becoming numb. Your body feels completely at ease, and your mind is becoming quiet and calm. Relax… relax… and relax even more. As this divine light enters your forehead, you feel a deep sense of relaxation. This numbness spreads, leaving your forehead completely at ease. Feel yourself becoming numb, relaxed, and even more deeply relaxed. Relax… relax… and relax even more. Feel the numbness. Feel the sensation fading from your forehead. Relax, relax, and become more relaxed. Now this divine power is spreading over your face. Feel this divine light on your face; every muscle in your face is relaxing. Sensations are fading from your face, and it is becoming even more relaxed. Completely relaxed; your face is becoming numb. Numb… numb… even more numb. Feel the numbness. Feel the sensation on your face. Relax… relax… and become even more relaxed. This divine power is spreading to your shoulders. Feel this divine light on your shoulders. Every bone, every tissue, every cell is relaxing. Sensations are fading from your shoulders, and they are becoming even more relaxed. You are becoming completely relaxed; your shoulders are becoming numb. Numb… numb… even more numb. Feel this numbness; feel this sensation in your shoulders. Relax… relax… and become more relaxed. This divine power is spreading to your hands. Feel this divine light on your hands as they relax. Sensations are fading from your hands, and they are becoming even more relaxed. You are becoming completely relaxed; your hands are becoming numb. Numb… numb… even more numb. Feel this numbness. Feel the sensation in your hands. Relax… relax… and relax even more. You are becoming completely relaxed as you go deeper… deeper… and deeper. This divine power is entering your stomach and your abdomen. Feel this divine light spreading through your abdomen, pancreas, and liver. Every cell and every tissue in your abdomen is relaxing. Sensations are fading from your abdomen as it becomes even more relaxed. You are becoming completely relaxed; your abdomen is becoming even more numb. Numb… numb… even more numb. Feel this numbness. Feel this divine light spreading throughout your whole body. You are becoming even more relaxed. Relax… relax… and relax. This divine light is spreading across your back and into your spine. Feel the divine light spreading into your pelvic area, thighs, legs, knees, feet, and toes. It is spreading into your calf muscles, and your body is relaxing. Sensations are fading from your body as you become deeper and completely relaxed. The light is deepening the feeling of peace and a gentle numbness. Your body is becoming numb. Numb… numb… even more numb. Feel this numbness. Feel this divine light spreading throughout your entire body. You are becoming even more relaxed. Relax… relax… and relax. Feel your body relaxing. Relax… relax… and relax. This feeling is spreading all over your body. It is completely relaxed… relaxed… and at peace. As you become fully relaxed, feel the numbness take over. Now that you are completely relaxed, there is no sensation in your body; it is completely relaxed… relaxed… and relaxed. Numb… numb… and numb. As you are completely relaxed, with no sensation in your body, bring your attention to your third eye. Let this light emerge in front of you. Let this light spread out before you. Visualise a screen in your mind. Watch or listen to the screen from wherever it is clearest. Experience the screen from the optimal position. Recall a scene in your mind and view it through your third eye, where it appears the best and the clearest. Set your screen in the exact spot where this scene looks its best. You can feel this scene completely. Now recall another event from your life, adjust the screen, and watch or listen to the best part. Now, if you take anyone’s name in your mind, they will start appearing before you. Adjust your screen and see them perfectly and clearly in front of you. Take the person’s name, and they will appear clearly before you. Adjust the screen to see them perfectly and clearly, and read their mind. You can read their thoughts and know everything about them. You can read their mind very easily; you are able to read their thoughts. Now I am going to count from one to three. At three, you can feel the energy; at two, you can feel your surroundings; and at one, you can open your eyes. So, I am beginning the count now. Three… feel the energy from all around you. Two… feel your surroundings from all around you. And one… You may open your eyes with a smile on your face.

You can practice Ajapa Japa meditation once a week.

It involves visualising the breath moving through a psychic passage between the navel and throat, bridging the conscious mind with the unconscious, resulting in deep inner peace.

Sit comfortably with a straight spine.

Visualise a passage from the navel to the throat.

Perform slow, deep breaths, often using Ujjayi pranayama, feeling the breath move between the navel and throat. Focus on one sound at a time in your surroundings for two minutes. Then focus on the other sound for two minutes. Like this, you can focus on the number of sounds one by one.

Eventually, the focus continues without conscious effort.

This practice is known to reduce stress, improve mental focus, balance the Ida and Pingala nadis (energetic channels), and promote spiritual awakening.

  1. Shree Yantra and hypnotic spiral

3. The five elements: The five elements, known as Tattvas, are the fundamental forces of nature (earth, water, fire, air, ether) that manifest within the human body and are recognised through the nature of the breath. These elements, specifically Fire and Air, are essential for understanding energy, metabolism, and mental movement within the pranic body.

The five elements are:

Agni (Fire): Heat, transformation, and energy.

When Agni is active, the breath becomes very short, typically flowing for about 3-4 fingers in length (roughly 3 inches). It is experienced as hot or pungent.

Vayu (Air): Movement, breath, and intellect.

When Vayu is active, the breath flows in a “slanting” direction. It is felt at a length of about 8 fingers (roughly 6 inches).

Prithvi (Earth): Solid, grounding, and stability.

Form the solid structures: bones, muscles, tissues, skin, and teeth.

Apas (Water): Fluidity, emotions, and nourishment.

Governs all fluids, blood, lymph, saliva, and cytoplasm. It helps in maintaining the body’s internal environment.

Akasha (Ether/Space): Expansion, consciousness, and sound.

Represents cavities, pores, or empty spaces in the mouth, nostrils, chest cavity, ear canals, and the space between cells.

Each element is considered essential for life, and its balance maintains health, while an imbalance leads to disease.

Before PLRT, activate your left nostril for the positive results. Follow the process written in the write-up.

4. To develop the ability to feel prana (energy) and scan a client’s aura for imbalances. This “no-touch” technique involves activating the minor chakras in your palms to detect, cleanse, and energise the client’s bioplasmic body.

How to Sensitise Your Hands (Daily Practice)

To increase sensitivity, practice these steps for 5–10 minutes daily:

Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Perform deep, slow, abdominal breathing.

Press the tip of each finger with your thumb 2-3 times, then press the Centre of your palm 2-3 times. Rub your hands together gently to increase blood circulation and energy flow.

Hold your hands in front of you, palms facing each other and parallel, about 3 inches apart**.**

“Sensitising” Exercise:

Concentrate on the Centre of your palms and fingertips.

Slowly move your hands back and forth (closer and farther apart) while maintaining awareness of the space between them.

Look for sensations such as a magnetic force of attraction/repulsion, tingling, numbness, or heat.

If you don’t feel anything immediately, use your mind to imagine a “thick, gooey, or magnetic” substance between your hands to activate your subtle senses.

Practice sensing the energy of inanimate objects (like a plant or crystal) or your own aura to sharpen accuracy.

How to Check (Scan) the Aura of a Client

Once your hands are sensitised, you can “scan” the client to locate congested or depleted energy.

Begin with a prayer for healing and guidance, asking for permission to scan and treat the client.

The client should stand or sit comfortably. Position your hands 4–6 inches away from their body.

Move your hands slowly from head to toe, feeling for differences in the air pressure or density.

Areas that feel “heavy,” “thick,” “warm,” or “dense” indicate congestion or dirty energy.

Areas that feel “empty,” “thin,” “cold,” or “vacuum-like” indicate a lack of energy.

Scan specifically for the health rays (the outer, protective aura) to see if they are drooping or broken.

After cleaning, re-scan to ensure the energy is balanced.

Always wash your hands with salt water before and after scanning to remove dirty energy.

Maintain a 4–6-inch distance from the physical body.

Practising this consistently for 5–10 minutes each day will significantly enhance your sensitivity.

In the beginning, focus on feeling rather than diagnosing.

5. Parallel souls and Connected souls: The soul can experience multiple lifetimes simultaneously.

You can take help by identifying when emotions, fears, or vivid memories from a parallel reality are “bleeding through” into the client’s present, causing unexplainable anxiety or, conversely, offering surprising skills.

During a session, you can ask to connect with the client’s “Oversoul” (the larger consciousness that manages all parallel lives) to receive guidance on why a specific, seemingly unrelated life is showing up to provide wisdom for their current situation.

By connecting with a parallel self who made a different decision, the client can gain a new perspective on their current life challenges, allowing them to adopt their strengths or understand the consequences of different choices.

If a “past life” seems too traumatic, a therapist can guide the client to a parallel version of that life where a different, more empowering choice was made, thus clearing the negative energy in the client’s present life.

Connecting with Souls (Soul Groups and Mates)

Regression often reveals that current relationships, both positive and challenging, are part of a “soul group” or “soul family” who reincarnate together to help each other learn specific lessons.

By recognising that a difficult person in their life is actually a “soulmate” (a soul they have a deep contract with, not just a romantic partner) from a past life, they can shift from resentment to understanding.

You can explore past lives to see where a debt was created (e.g., in a previous life, the client was the perpetrator and they were the victim), enabling you to release the guilt or anger in the present, thus closing the karmic loop.

During the “inter-life” period (the space between lives) in a deep session, the client can connect with their soul council or guides to ask why they chose this particular soul group for this lifetime, helping them understand their life purpose.

The client can find comfort by seeing how they and their loved ones have navigated different, loving roles across time, confirming the eternal nature of their bond.

Before starting, set an intention to access the most relevant life, whether it is a past life, a parallel life, or a soul-group memory that will help heal the client’s current issue.

You can use “bridging” to connect a current, unresolved emotion (e.g., fear of water) to the past life or parallel source where that fear originated, helping the client to process and release it.
