The Ethical Guide to Facilitate Safe Regression

Based on our forum meeting discussions, I am sharing all the points that can help the therapists as per my research and practices:

1. ESP meditation: Extrasensory Perception meditation helps a PLR therapist by sharpening their intuition, enhancing empathy, and strengthening the ability to guide clients into deep, theta- wave hypnotic states. It assists therapists in connecting with a client’s higher self, allowing them to better interpret subconscious memories, facilitate emotional release and healing of trauma, and navigate complex past-life karmas. Helps to recognise patterns and emotional blockages within the client’s narrative. It maintains the therapist’s own mental clarity and peace, which is essential for holding a safe, neutral space.

2. Gazing Techniques: Practicing gazing at a point for at least 40 seconds daily, or Taraka, candle gazing, mirror gazing (Sometimes used in inner child healing to release deep- rooted, long held impressions), Shree yantra can assist a Past life regression Therapists by accelerating the induction of a deep, meditative, or hypnotic trance state, allowing clients to access subconscious, long-forgotten memories. It develops intense concentration. By focusing on a fixed point, the analytical, critical, and logical part of the mind is quieted, making it easier to access deeper. It helps to shift the brain from analytical processing to the creative, intuitive right hemisphere, which is necessary for visualising past life scenes.

3. Before meditation and past life regression therapy, check your breathing, which nostril is activated. It must be the left nostril for better results. If the right nostril is activated, then change it to the left by closing your right nostril and inhaling long, slow breath, hold, then exhale slowly. Repeat these techniques at least 25- 40 times. Check the element till where your breath is coming. Always try to keep it at the water element. There are five elements: Four fingers below the nostrils, there is the fire element, from there, four fingers below the air element, then four fingers below the Earth element, then four fingers below the water element, and four fingers below the sky element. Check your breathing by keeping your hands near your nostrils. If the left nostril is activated but your breath is not coming straight, it means the fire element is active. Change it by taking long breaths. Practice pranayama by using Vishnu mudra daily for better results.

4. Sensitise your hands and check the aura of the client. If there are cracks and holes, it indicates significant energy leakage. When a therapist attempts PLRT on a client with a damaged or porous aura, they may encounter several critical issues like re- traumatization, inability to close the session, unwanted energy or entity attachment, energy drain on the therapist, client will face difficulty in focusing, client may not be able to integrate the lessons from the regression resulting in no actual lasting healing, making it difficult for the therapist to keep the client in a productive hypnotic state for processing the information, leading to a session that feels shallow or undergrounded. If these issues are identified, then reschedule it to focus on aura clearing, sealing, and strengthening.

5. Parallel souls and connecting souls help in healing at the time of integration and closure in PLRT by uncovering root causes of current struggles, such as inexplicable phobias, chronic pain, patterns of behaviour that can’t be explained by childhood events, emotional release and closure, leading to profound emotional and sometimes physical healing. The ultimate goal is to take the wisdom learned from these connections and experiences and apply them in the present, fostering personal growth and spiritual evolution. Understanding connected souls and parallel lives shifts the focus from simply experiencing a past life to healing the current life through deep, spiritual, and emotional insights.

Thank you for all the information. It has been really helpful. Since you taught me last year few of them, it has been working very well with my clients. As I have been learning Sadhana and many other teachings from you for months and I am no longer having dreams, I was wondering which nostril one should breathe through before going to sleep.

I am sharing the pictures for activating back eye. Method: Take out the glasses. Do some eye exercises (Up- down movements, sidewise, clockwise, anticlockwise 5 times) then focus on the white dot without blinking your eyes. Count in your mind till 40. Close your eyes and observe what is visible at your mental screen and notice the duration how long it stays and the fluctuations.

Dear Jackie, Thank you so much! It brings so much joy to hear that these techniques are working well for you and your clients. The fact that you are no longer having dreams is a beautiful sign of deep sleep, restorative rest. Regarding your question: To induce sleep, you should aim to breathe through your left nostril, which represents cool and calming lunar energy. Lie on your right side, keeping something hard under your right armpit to naturally open the left nostril, and gently breathe through it to calm the mind. Or close the right nostril with your thumb, breathe gently in and out through the left nostril. Before manifestation, meditation, mindfulness, or PLRT, always activate the left nostril. Always try to sit or stand on the left side during PLRT.

Dear Archana,

Thankyou once again. This is so helpful for all the therapists. But as you know my call had got disconnected and I was unable to connect again, I have a lot of questions regarding these points which I initially thought to ask you on call, but if you share them here again, it’ll help even those who were not a part of the forum meeting due to any reason. So here is my long list of questions :see_no_evil_monkey:

1. How is ESP Meditation Done?

2. What is Shree Yantra?

3. I didn’t understand the part about the 5 elements mentioned in point 3.

4. How to sensitize hands and check aura of the client?

5. Please elaborate more about Parallel Souls & Connecting Souls. How can we take it’s help?
