A very insightful case, and honestly, a deeply touching one to read.

What I personally appreciated most was the patience, sensitivity and genuine care with which you held the client throughout the process. Even when she couldn’t see anything and was becoming anxious, you never seemed to rush or push her. You kept reassuring her and created a sense of safety, which I feel was one of the most important aspects of this session.

The transition from the initial difficulty with PLR to the experience in the white space was particularly fascinating. Whether we understand it as a past-life experience, an inner symbolic experience, or a deeply meaningful spiritual experience, the impact it had on the client was clearly profound.

What touched me most was what happened afterwards. You didn’t leave the work at the regression—you helped her gradually rediscover herself, step outside her old identity and reconnect with life. Her joining a dance class, spending time with her daughter, reducing compulsive chanting, and eventually having a heart-to-heart conversation with her husband are beautiful signs of integration.

I also appreciate your honesty in presenting the case as it unfolded, including the uncertainties and moments of difficulty. That makes the report much more valuable for fellow therapists.

A very heartfelt piece of work, and a case I would personally love to learn more from—especially Venu ji’s perspective on the spiritual experience, suggestion and interpretation involved.

I allowed her to spend some time in the garden, coach breathing, allowed her to relax, and told her some comforting statements.
