The Red Indian Man

Jaya, F, 58, 7/10, 3/5, K (6), V/A (5), Isolation, Phobia of Authorities, 7/10, 5/10

Client Background
Jaya shared her experiences of isolation, family dynamics, and fears. She described a ritual she follows when her husband leaves for pilgrimages, emphasizing the loneliness she felt during his absence. Her discussion extended to family relationships, where she expressed frustration over the lack of visits from her relatives, particularly her siblings. Despite making efforts to maintain connections, she felt overlooked and questioned why her mother only advised her to reach out rather than encouraging her other children to do the same. This sense of isolation was a recurring theme in her life. Additionally, she discussed her deep-seated fear of authorities, especially in contexts like immigration and customs, which made traveling stressful. Although meditation and spiritual guidance had helped her reduce overthinking, she acknowledged that the fear still lingered in the background. Through therapy, she hoped to address and release her feelings of isolation and fear.

Sharing 2nd Session from womb experience onwards as there were some healing here.

Womb
C: Neutral, calm feeling.

T: Can you connect with your mom’s emotions? What is she feeling where she is right now?

C: She seems neutral and quiet.

T: You can always review things from a multidimensional perspective. You can probably see, sense, or feel who is around her. You can even connect with your father’s emotions—what is he feeling?

C: Same, quiet and calm neutral.

T: What come to your understanding, is this before the delivery time, where are they?

C: My father was working in an estate so we were living there. It’s only during delivery my mum went her aunties house in Segamat. I was born there.

C: I sense a lot of fear during delivery. My mum have shared stories of her fear but now I can really sense it.

T: This fear, which you are sensing from her during the delivery time, I just want you to enhance on this emotion and just have a deep understanding if you have carried this into your life.

C: I think I have carried it with me

T: When you say you’ve carried it with you, maybe you want to explore further in what way it has effected your life.

C: Feels like due to this fear I don’t speak up no confidence. Like in school, I remember although I was a very quiet child but I was always in fear. Although I had no issues with my teachers, but I always was in fear and I think I’ve carried quite a bit of it throughout my life, always scared of the surround being or everything.

T: The fear is connected to your mom. Now, since you are aware, how do you want to deal with it?

C: Release it

(Assisted client to release the unwanted fear and emotion)

T: How do you feel now?

C: Light

T: Carry this feeling of lightness into your life once you are awake. You are free from the emotion of fear which has been with you your whole life.

Love Being

C: Yogi, (couldn’t remember his name) just now as I was going down the stairs, it appeared. Many years ago when I did an energy healing. I saw this figure but the face is not clear.

(Upon waking up client shared it was Yogi Paramahansa Yogananda)

T: So you saw the face now?

C: Yeah,

T: This is like a divine soul which you’re familiar with?

C: Yeah, I have read his book but at that time it couldn’t resonate with me, but I think he’s been there, only now the face seems clear.

T: Would you want to ask any question and hear for the guidance?

C: He is just there for me, I think it’s a quiet presence. That’s what I feel that he’s just there for now, it’s a great presence as a comfort guide. That’s what I sense like no questions I don’t have any questions.

T: How do you feel managed to connect with him?

C: I feel reassured.

T: Does this mean can you always connect with him?

C: Yeah.

T: If you just want to ask in regards to your theme which we agreed on, on this feeling of isolation.

T: When the time is right, you will get the answers, not time yet

T: Let’s try to get answers in regards to this phobia you have with the authorities. Can you get any answers or any deep knowing in regards to that?

C: He says it’s a past life karma. But he doesn’t see what it is.

T: Spend a little bit more time here connecting, reassuring? Would there be any message for me?

C: Yeah, the same message for me and you to read the book.

T: To read his book, which you have read?

C: I have read but I couldn’t connect with the book, that was several years ago. He wants me to read again. He is leaving.

Below is Session 3 starting from Past Life straight but little details on childhood memory, client was playing with her brother and neighbor kids, pretending to be Red Indians, using some chicken feathers. From here before I could proceed further client on her own started sharing the details below.
Past Live 1

C: Indian men, with a big head dress, like a leader of the tribe.

C: Actually, he is very protective of his people, maybe fiercely protective.

T: You mentioned early he is the leader?

C: Yeah, he has got the big head gear like a leaders. Lots of feathers.

T: Look at your feet, what are you wearing?

C: Some kind of boots, made from animal skin.

T: Describe to me, how he looks like.

C: Brown skin, very prominent nose, that’s what very noticeable about him. Strong face. None smiling serious face.

T: Do you connect with this Red Indian men, is this you?

C: Yes it’s me in my 30’s.

T: Share the surroundings with me.

C: This is an open space, there’s a lot of grass, and I can see there are tents. The triangle shape tents which they stay in.

T: Is there anyone around you?

C: There’s people who live there it’s their tribe.

T: This is your tribe?

C: Yeah.

T: How do they address you, what do they call you or how is their body language towards you?

C: They are respectful

T: What do they call you?

C: Leader

T: Any specific way of calling you?

C: No I just get the word leader. I think there is danger.

T: Let’s explore on that and understand what comes to your knowing (Reminded client to view as a movie if it became overwhelming)

C: Like we are being attacked

T: Are you in the midst of being attacked?

C: I hear sounds, like gun shots, my people have rifle also.

C: I see a young lady.

T: Who is this young lady?

C: I sense like it’s my daughter from this life.

T: Who is she to you in that life?

C: Daughter as well.

T: What is she doing, is she nearby

C: Somewhere nearby, It’s like everyone is hiding and we are trying to keep our people safe. Me and my men. There are a lot of men around me.

T: What are you feeling, being the leader of this tribe and you all are being attacked? What are the emotion or feeling you’re having.

C: I must protect my people at any cost.

C: I can feel that I am being shot. I am dying, dead.

T: Where did you get shot? Who shot you?

C: Chest, white people. A lot of people are being shot. There are not enough of us.

T: Lot of your people are dying. Would you know why your tribe was attacked?

C: I think they want the land.

T: Let’s go to the last thought you had before you’re passing.

C: My daughter. Is she safe? Because a lot of them are running away into the jungle.

T: Let’s explore and see what became of your daughter.

C: She is safe

T: How do you feel now knowing that she managed to survive?

C: Relief (Took a deep breath here)

T: Is there something you want to share with me?

C: I can see that she’s safe and she seems to have a child also. I think her husband got killed. She seems like a strong person.

T: How old is your daughter?

C: In her 20’s

T: Do you sense any connection with the child from this life?

C: No

T: After your passing, how are you feeling? What are the thoughts?

C: I did my best for my people my duty is done there.

T: Take a moment and try to understand what will be the reason for this memory to come through. What is the lesson? What is the understanding? What is a connection with your current life?

C: Not to worry too much about my children. They will be fine, they can take care of themselves.

T: Do you tend to worry about them? When you worry about them, what kind of emotion or feeling comes to you?

C: That they’re in danger and something will happen to them.

T: And would you know from where this emotion, this feeling, is coming through, that there is danger?

C: Probably from this life. We’ve always been surrounded by danger of being attacked.

T: Now you have the understanding, so how do you feel?

C: Relief

T: Moving forward, going back to the emotion, which you have carried over from that life. Scan through your body and see if you are holding at any part of your body?

C: I’m carrying it in my head the fear, the danger, safety issue. Always cautious, always taking precautions.

T: Going back to the fear which you been carrying with you, it has come to your knowing what is this all about. Moving forward how do you want to manage this, do you want it to continue being a part of you?

C: No, I want it released and free myself

(Assisted the client to release the unwanted emotion)

T: Share with me how do you feel now?

C: I can see that person actually smiling.

T: Who is that person?

C: The Red Indian guy.

T: Earlier, you said that he has a very serious face. There’s no smile, so now there’s a smile on his face. What does that smile mean?

C: He seems relief and the message is I don’t have to carry that fear anymore. He’s the kind of person who doesn’t share anything, although he was always fearful for his people but he never shared it or showed it

T: So that smile has a deeper meaning that he’s relieved and you do not have to carry the fear with you anymore. Isn’t that a wonderful message? And we had a theme we wanted to work on—the fear of authorities. Does it come from here?

C: Yeah, I think because authorities……and I’m always like……when I go out, I always fear that I’m going to be attacked by somebody. I sense a lot of hostility, a lot of enemies around. I think it’s coming from this life. I always feel somebody is hiding somewhere and suddenly coming and pushing me

T: So now you’ve really got the deeper understanding from where all these thoughts come to you. We’ve already released that fear that unwanted energy, how do you see yourself now? If you are somewhere out there walking, do you still have those thoughts?

C: I don’t think I have, but once I go out I will know.

(Guided client to visualise / imagine herself leaving her day to day life and this emotion of fear, safety is no longer there, we spend some time here)

T: How do you feel?

C: Calm.

C: I see some Hindi letters. I don’t understand them completely. Something beginning with “Jha”

T: Take your time. It will come to your awareness and understanding. Which station is this? You can probably hear people calling it out now.

T: You’re working at the railway station?

C: I believe so. I am a labourer, very poor.

T: Is there anyone around you with you?

C: A lot of passengers only.

T: What are the feelings you’re getting seeing yourself as this 40 year old untouchable man.

C: Feeling sad for my family.

T: Cousin from this life. How is your relationship with your cousin?

C: There is an age gap. We are close to this family. My mom’s family is close to her family, so I’m also close to them.

T: And how about that older woman, your mother?

C: It seems like my great-grandmother from this life.

T: Did you manage to spend time with your great-grandmother.

C: I met her once, I mean she’s the one who brought up my mom.

T: Anyone else in the hut? Where is your wife or the mother to this child?

C: Don’t seems to be there.

T: Let’s explore what probably is the connection of this memory with your current life. What is the understanding we need to get through this life?

C: I’m very thrifty in this life actually.

T: Very thrifty meaning?

C: I’m very careful about spending in this life.

T: What is the message or learning we can gain from here.

C: Like a poor men mentality, careful with the money.

T: Is this something good or no?

C: Sometimes I think I overdo it but better over the years. I feel it coming from this life as I didn’t have much money.

T: Take some time and understand what is the lesson or message you need from here.

C: Appreciate my blessings, poverty goes with him, poverty was something that he had to go thru due to his karma. Current life I am supposed to appreciate whatever blessings I have.

T: Meaning don’t carry the emotion or feeling of not having enough into this life.

C: Yes I chose that life to go through it myself. I’m glad I did it.

T: What was the purpose, you chose that life.

C: I think it was karma from a previous life. I don’t know why.

(We tried to explore on this but nothing came true, we release the unwanted emotion and energy)

T: How do you feel now?

C: Feel better.

T: The theme on fear of authorities and isolation, is there any connection to this life?

C: No I don’t think so.

Integration

  • Jaya recalled a past life as a Red Indian man who lived with a deep fear of authorities, a theme that continues in her present life. Recognizing this connection helped her understand why she struggles with authority figures today.
  • In that same life, his last thought before death was about his daughter’s safety, which has carried over into Jaya’s present life as an intense worry about her children. Seeing that his daughter in that life was ultimately safe gave Jaya a sense of relief and reassurance in this lifetime.
  • She also connected her past life as a poor man to her present habit of being extremely thrifty, realizing that she no longer needs to carry the fear of financial scarcity.

Closure

  • By revisiting the Red Indian life, she acknowledged that the fear of authorities is an old emotional imprint, not something she needs to hold onto in this lifetime.
  • Understanding the origin of her excessive worry for her children allowed her to release some of that anxiety, as she now sees that she has carried forward an unresolved fear that no longer serves her.
  • She also accepted that her past struggles with poverty were a chosen karmic experience, allowing her to release any lingering fears and appreciate the abundance she has now.

Report and Recommendations

  • Full report sent to client
  • Jaya will read the book of Yogi Paramahansa Yogananda again.
  • Deepening her meditation practice will help her process and integrate these insights, allowing her to move forward with greater emotional freedom and trust in divine guidance.

Wonderful Jasmit. The case was really handled with total professionalism. I would like to have some more details about how you assisted your client to release unwanted fear and emotion. I would be grateful if you could help me with this.

Wonderfully you have taken the client through the resolutions of her theme areas, you have truly brought as our Guru Dr. Venu puts it “wiping a tear, bringing smile” to your client. Kudos. Much appreciation and love Lata  :raised_hands:

I really enjoyed the life lessons learnt for the client in the successive session you took the client through step by step following all the tenets of PLRT given by Dr Venu beautifully. The whole pre session prep was also equally a spiritual experience. The red Indian man carried a great sence of protection and fear but had a lot of power in his vulnerability. This was somehow conveyed really well.
A simple yet well facilitated session with much rich value to the client as an outcome. Thanks :pray:t2:
