ummmmm… sooo first we could inject empathy, paraphrase and suggest like ‘ I understand ,you unknowingly killed her innocent husband in battlefield, allow your subconscious to become aware of your feelings regarding it having realised that’

Cuz we wanna be neutral and avoid assuming his feelings regarding that incident and want him to say from his own mouth how he feels about it

Can we also at the same time add ‘allow your subconscious to see (cuz she said she wanted to follow instincts about him being V) how this gets carried overr into your present life’? Or should we after all wait to say that at the end of the life evaluation?

Missed all that! So many regrets! Now the life mission is to get more sessions with him and clear the residue.

Yes! I feel this client had no emotions or intense feelings, he was like this is how it it. So that made me think if he has been suppressing emotions for a long time or he was just being a man

Being humans we are bound to our timelines, similar to how a lactobacilli bacteria is bound to its timelines. It’s funny to imagine how when we curdle milk, so many might marry, have children and then they have their children and by the time it’s curd, so many generations wouldve passed.

When the lactobacilli compares its life with ours, it might feel we live millions of years and now if we extrapolate this to the Almighty from whose every pore one such cosmos is emerging effortlessly every single moment!

Broooo the confusion is legit​ I also had my second client who was a sadhu type personality BUT she had a traumatic incident happen in childhood which COULD play a major factor in emotion suppression till now AND she said she had a strong feeling she was a man in her past life the most tricky combo ever​she was so detached from her feelings that while suggesting her to amplify that theme ka emotion for affect bridge two times, ten times, she later said she was unable to do that​cuz she din feel such strong emotions towards it due to her lack of emotions

@zodiacs12flames practice and practice! First master yourself then go heal others or I also believe a broken heart can understand the pain others might be going through! So may be heal others while you are also healing yourself. So contradictory! When we go into technicalities we often kill the soul of the process, let the session flow, I feel it’s like every therapist is different, besides basic groundwork, they can find their own sweet spot and figure out what works for em or may be it’s just my personal feeling! I’m still trying to figure this out!
