Yes! घायल की गति घायल जाने once you go through the pain you can actually resonate with it and realize, how helpful it is to heal someone if you can. You feel privileged to be a part of this healing process, someone trusted you with this you feel like the chosen one. And Venu Sir just didn’t stop at being a healer, he actually started training people to do the same so that for me is the biggest सेवा to the humanity I hold him in very high regard

So so so so true brobut actually recently I learnt a new level to that attitude actually. So up until now I used to feel a deep level of sympathy for criminals actually, probably cuz during the age of 17-21 when I was feeling super low, my descent made me sort of understand what darkness criminals went through , and made me understand why they did what they did, cuz honestly during my dark times I was also just a thought away from following their footsteps, and that made me realise that they too were originally sane human beings capable of sane things, but unfortunate choices due to whatever circumstances led them there.
I once asked my preceptor (heartfulness trainor) that, don’t we say God is in everything, so does that mean God is in demons as well? And she said yes, then I said “oh so maybe God made bad so that we appreciate and know what it is to be good? Cuz if there is no darkness, we won’t know what light is either”, then she very beautifully said that “ Actually, evil is what comes to be when you supprees the godliness /divinity within you”, and that made me so emotional… that made me able to attach a more human quality to evil, made me realise that they too have divinity within them, but it gets suppressed due to whatever reasons/choices, and that’s how their evil actions are born… and despite having done evil, since they were original divine as well, they too crave to go back to that divinity, but feel like it’s too late for them having already done such evil things.
The reason I was able to believe this “hypothesis” Is cuz when I myself did things i considered “evil”, I would have days where I would yearn to return to the time I was pure and good, but would think it’s too late to switch sides having already delved into the “evil” Category, and that’s why when I finally managed to regain my “good/spiritual” Side, I swore to myself I would welcome the most horrendous criminals with open arms if they ever reach out to me fir PLR, just like how venu sir encouraged us to do so… but after the tragedy struck my loved one, I finally came face to face with the one question I was unconsciously avoiding facing -” Will you still be able to show the same love, understanding, and sympathy you boast yourself to have for criminals, when it comes to a criminal who harmed one of your own? “
And that’s when I realised, it’s do easy for me to sympathise with criminals who never harmed me personally, but real kindness and wisdom comes only when you are able to show the same level of empathy for criminals associated to you personally.
And I think this tragedy was a chance for me to learn that important lesson as well, cuz till now I had a false sense of.. Goodness? In me, that lookie me, thanks to my own descent into darkness, I am now able to make use of my fall to resonate with my other fallen angels/criminals, and help them get the guiding light they need, but I never understood the DEPTH of the word “criminal”, the pain that word brings along with it, of the victim and the perpetrator, until it happened to one of my own loved one.
Now I see them in a more realer sense, not just as a fantasy charity sense, and now I am able to realise how it’s not easy to show unwavering love and compassion when things get personal, and for that I am thankful that God gave me the opportunity to be scaled by the actions of a criminal so personally, feel poisonous hatred for him, but eventually learn to love him enough to not only forgive him, but hope he gets the loving light and healing he deserves.
Cuz I can for sure say, In the depths of his heart, his divine self is definitely crying in the corner right now, weather he is aware of it or not, and my goal is simply to have the strength to be able to see that crying divine self and choose to give it a helping hand when it asks for, without any hatred or judgement for the actions he did when he suppressed his divinity.
And so yes, your line “feel privilaged to be a part of this healing process” Hits me harder than ever before now, cuz now I can actually understand the gravity and depth of those words

Suhasini, What happened to you was wrong, and no one should have to go through something like that. I’m really sorry you had to experience this pain and difficulty. Your family and you didn’t deserve it in any way. But with time, support, and care, healing is possible, for em and you, even if it feels heavy right now. My heart’s with you!
When someone is hurt by a criminal, the mind tries to understand and heal in different ways and layers, it’s all Confusing and feels unrealistic. First thought is “What happened was wrong, and it should not happen again,” which helps us feel safe. Then our mind tries to find a reason or lesson so the event feels less confusing. Then very slowly forgiveness comes in the mind to let go of strong anger so it doesn’t keep hurting inside. All these ways help the brain heal step by step , first feeling safe, then understanding, and finally finding peace. And it takes a long long time to get there.
When we talk about criminals and why they choose the certain path, it becomes a very vast subject and there can be countless discussions about it. Simply put- human behavior is shaped by a mix of environment, psychology, survival, trauma, opportunity, conditioning, and personal choices. It’s never one thing/factor. This is the soul of human psychology, why people behave in a certain manner. And when we talk about criminals, no one is born as a criminal, there are so many contributing factors to it. What happened before the behavior, what is the behavior itself, and what happens after it, that keeps it repeating? That’s why all crime units have behaviour analysts to decode and understand. Convicted people are often offered the counselling service if they want to go for it (specially for heinous crimes)
I don’t know how would you approach it personally now. It’s a very difficult situation. You just feel your emotions and take it from there, what you want to let go of and understand the process. No one can guide you but yourself. Breathe and take all the time you need, no rush. People can tell you so many things philosophically and spiritually but at the end of the day it will be your choice. I would suggest professional counselling to clearly address your emotions and feelings. Once you recognize that you will have an understanding of working towards healing!
