This is so well written! And so well done! I am going to ensure that I keep coming back to this. So much to learn! You’re amazing amazing therapist!
Aww! That made my day
thank you so much!!
Harmeet ji, I read this twice — the second time slowly, with a pen. Thank you for keeping in the parts most of us polish out, including the moment you admit you were worried when he walked to the park.
Three seats at the same table. He came in as the man who was betrayed. Lani’s life handed him the same wound again — a trusted man who was “supposed to guard the stuff.” Then Daro’s life turned the chair around, and he was the one who left his people to die. Betrayed, betrayed, betrayer. The soul was studying the whole geometry of the thing, not just his corner of it. And as Daro he took the widow into his home — प्रायश्चित उसी जीवन में शुरू हो चुका था.
The question I keep turning over. Look at what the lives themselves concluded. Don’t trust people. Don’t depend on others. Don’t listen. Four lifetimes, and the takeaway keeps coming back as a closed door. Is that wisdom, or is that the samskara speaking in the voice of wisdom?
Because the temple gave him something else entirely. Pundit ji did not say “protect yourself” — he showed him the mirror. Accountability, not armour. In the integration, did you sense which of the two he carried home? 0/10 by three weeks is beautiful, but a wound can also fall silent because it has been sealed shut. I ask with curiosity, not doubt.
The cave life is the one that breaks the pattern — stabbed for telling an agitated man to calm down, and the lesson came back inverted: I need to listen to people. असली पाठ शायद इन दोनों के बीच है — भरोसा नहीं, विवेक.
And then the lamp. The detail I cannot get past. The guide handed him no conclusion. He walked him down a corridor and sat him before an oil lamp to meditate on the flame. That is trataka — given in the inter-life space, to a man who by his own admission does not meditate, and who walked out of your room wanting to start. The session ended in a prescription, not a summary.
Your twenty minutes of silence there deserve their own mention. IMR said he wanted to stay, and you let him stay. वो मौन भी एक हस्तक्षेप था, शायद पूरे सत्र का सबसे कठिन.
इस रिपोर्ट से बहुत कुछ सीखने को मिला. ![]()
Thank you @satishsinghthakur सतीश जी for going through the case study again. Your interpretations amazed me. This is my most interesting and close to the heart case. He is philosophical yet ultra practical man. He had a lot to explore and I wanted to have more sessions but I tried and no success getting into deep trance. Then I realized it’s the way Masters want so I let it go. I guess he left with the understanding- what goes around comes around. And I followed up repeatedly with him for the first few months and he said he has the answer now and made his peace with it. The wound/pain doesn’t bother him anymore. May be it patched up or may be he had the understanding of consequences and forgiveness. He is not emotionally verbal, I had to poke really hard. I still feel he was not 100% opened. But I worked around with what I had. Once he was in trance it was too much to handle and I had no clue for so many things back then, now I read back and think I lost a big jackpot at so many key moments.
We stay in touch and discuss often. Today your comment tempts me again that I should follow up and may be have more sessions with him. Who knows it’s a sign from the Masters and you are the डाकिया ![]()
thanks again for such wonderful support ![]()
Fantastic Case and I also felt as a new learner, I could understand the steps followed much better. Thanks for sharing this case. It is amazing to see the potential of the mind to it own answers through this wonderful session!!!
Thank you @rrejith.nair for your kind words. It means a lot. It was a profound experience and learning for me as well. Some cases teach you so much, I’m blessed to have the privilege of being a therapist ![]()
Thank you for sharing. I loved how you identified patterns across lifetimes.
can you pls explain the part about going to the mountain cliff for reframing. Why did you call it reframing
That’s quite the observation!! @abhiruchi.b.ranjan Abhiruchi, well the idea is simple for the past memories. Instead of erasing the memories we help the client to change their perspective towards it. For example- ‘I failed because I was not good enough’ can be Reframed to- ‘that experience was difficult, I tried and learned from it’. Changing the perception and letting go of the old emotions attached to any painful memory is the technique and I suggest my clients to put a golden frame around the re-visited memory and take it as experience/learning. So it’s ‘actual Reframing’ of the memories because we are taking off the old frame/emotion/trauma and putting up a new frame (golden) that’s why I wrote “cliff reframing”, because it’s done at a cliff and throwing away all our trauma and worries. These are some shortcuts and abbreviations we use occasionally while writing up and I’m in the habit of nicknaming a few things (for convenience) and oftentimes I write as is. Hope this answers your question.
Thank you for going through the case study ![]()
Thank you Harmeet ji, I have mere questions. I hope thats okay. As far as i understand cliff visualisation is part of the hypnotic age regression with symbolic emotional discharge. Is it necessary to do reframing at this stage. If so, why? bcz anyway we are going to use those feelings for the affect bridge. We are we reframing at this stage. Also I want to know, why to do emotional discharge at all at this point when we can simply use those emotions for PL travel
@abhiruchi.b.ranjan Hi Abhiruchi, that’s a very important and relevant question. Cliff reframing happens in second session, as you don’t do “actual PLR” in this session. You want client to have a good sleep on Day 1, so it’s not overwhelming for em on day 2, and sessions don’t get jeopardized due to anxiety, fear etc. Affect bridge and Cliff Reframing is completely different. As per my understanding, Cliff Reframing is a very light PLR and makes the clients feel relaxed with emotional discharge, residue remains as like any therapy it’s not a magic pill which wipes the slate clean. It’s a constant work (discussion can go on and on this)
Affect/somatic bridge is a bridge made out of pain which helps the client, if done correctly, to land in that past life which has the root cause. From business/professional frame of mind -you want the Client to get a taste of PLR on day 1 otherwise they can feel that nothing has happened in spite of paying a hefty sum as energy exchange.
I personally feel cliff reframing opens up the client beautifully for session 3 and 4. Hope this makes sense regarding cliff reframing. This is my understanding and approach. Every therapist is different and they try to utilise different approaches and techniques. It’s their own personal preference to do things their way. I feel cliff reframing is CT scan and actual PLR is the MRI for any specific issue. Or in Bollywood style, cliff reframing is the trailer but picture abhi baki hai ![]()
