@somasea Great Session. You closed everything very nicely. Happy for your client, as she got her answers

This was a very interesting and deeply layered case to read. As I am still learning in this field, I found myself reflecting on how the client’s presenting concern about career instability gradually opened into much deeper themes of loneliness, trust, relationships and receiving.

The experience of the strict and isolated man particularly stayed with me. He had power, yet ended up lonely and disconnected. Later, as Yashoda, there was wealth but again a sense of loneliness and mistrust. Her realisation, “I should have opened up and asked for help,” made me think about how the same emotional theme can sometimes appear in very different forms.

The Parvathy experience added another interesting layer for me, especially the feeling of having material security but still being emotionally deprived. Her final shift towards “Be strong” and then feeling “very light” was something I found quite moving.

My biggest learning from this case was that the presenting problem may not necessarily be where the deeper exploration ends. The journey may reveal several apparently different experiences, while a common emotional pattern gradually becomes visible.

I am also learning that the integration after the regression may be as important as the regression experience itself. Here, the client’s reflections around trust, asking for support, openness and receiving seemed to give the experiences a meaningful present-life direction.

A very enriching case for me as a learner. Thank you for sharing it.

what a complex case. I wanted to understand, what would u say is her pattern across lifetimes because it seems there were different issues in different PL’s.
