I have to mention here that this is what keeps me going all the long hours are worth it connecting with another human being on such a beautiful level

and it becomes much more meaningful when we realise that what you are set about to do from them as therapist is for not just this one symptom, this one year, but for lifetimes to come!

Her son suffered from cerebral palsy and remained immobile and dependant and bedridden till the day he passed at 23 years of age the immense sadness and anguish watching him deteriorate as other children reached thier milestones left her depressed and anguished and with unbearable emotions.

there can be no greater misery than this in my humble opinion.

hopelessness sometimes even considering suicide.

in that dark night of her soul, may be she prayed… and the prayer was heard and she was blessed to come to a therapist like yourself.

Reliving all the this pain brought about much grief again and we cried together connecting as mother’s it was deeply sadnening but also moving and connecting.

Client was already telling me she hadn’t felt so relaxed or calm or lighter after sharing all her grief sadness and suffering and that she could already feel the benefits.

Why we should pace instead of asking "Okay, what else?"

Having gone through several transcripts of sessions conducted by my students I thought of sharing this quintessential point. When we start practicing PLRT and our client has elicited a far memory and revealed something on that front. C. He’s mostly I don’t want I have to it’s my job. All I wanted was to save money for my wife and child I keep saving. I had also stolen a precious statue very precious I felt it would protect and provide for me and family of I have it but the authorities found out and came to retrieve it that’s when I ran away and jumped across the wall and fell down and died.

C. Oh my goodness I killed so many people I did do much harm when though it was not my will not orders but still I have committed to much crime murder theft so much bad karma so much unbearable karma
