Hey Nidhi :heart:

I actually felt something very different when I read the line..… not pity, but honesty. Raw, unfiltered honesty.

Sometimes, this

“I feel small and unseen”

space is exactly where the real work begins. Most people don’t even reach there…they stay in layers of denial, roles or forced strength. But to see that shadow part and put it into words….. itself takes awareness and courage.

For me, it didn’t feel like weakness… it felt like a doorway. A moment where the soul is quietly saying,

देखो मुझे… I’m still here.”

And honestly, many of our clients come with this exact silent narrative..… just never expressed so clearly.

When it comes out like this, it’s not something to pity…it’s something to hold, witness and gently transform.

Maybe instead of seeing it as “pity,” we can see it as the most human part of healing… the part that finally stops pretending.

Just sharing what I felt when I read it :folded_hands::blush:

Hey Dr Nidhi Sinha :heart:

Somewhere, I believe when our work comes from a very real, lived place..… it doesn’t remain “technique” anymore, it becomes an experience others can step into. And your words made me feel that connection reached you.

Thank you for holding it with so much warmth and for taking the time to share what you felt…
it truly means a lot:folded_hands::folded_hands:

This is a very insightful point. Feeling “unseen” despite success is quite real and connecting it to deeper patterns makes sense.

I like how you’ve highlighted regression therapy as a safe space to understand and heal this. Bringing awareness can truly help in creating clarity and improving both personal life and relationships…:cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom:
