What should we do if the client literally sees the word “No” or if a spiritual being shows a “No” sign?

I would guess, may be the client wasn’t ready to see the answers yet.
The subconscious mind reveals what your conscious mind can currently handle. They say god gives you what you can handle.

May be subconscious is trying to protect him and he may have a fear of seeing something disturbing. It’s resistance for sure, but now the question is how do we tackle this? What should be an ideal approach in this scenario? May be Venu Sir can guide us, thank you!
